Initial telephone consultation to discuss your individual requirements & what hypnotherapy can help you with lasts for 20 minutes & is free.
A 30 minute session including Hypnotherapy & a relaxation therapy with a CD to take away £30.
* Please note that the 30 minute session is an introductory session to determine if you believe that hypnotherapy would benefit you personally before committing yourself any further.
Subsequent therapy sessions are generally around 90 minutes in length. £50.
All therapy sessions include a CD to take away & listen to. This is to help re inforce the aims of the therapy session. I would recommend that you try & listen to the CD at least once a day when possible.
* The sound file can be e- mailed to you if you prefer so that you can listen to it in MP3 format ( handy for mobile phones, I- Pod; ect ).
*Some problems may take more than one session to resolve the issue. This can be discussed after your first visit as to what would be most suitable for you.
